Imarticus School

Location

Powai, Hiranandani

Area

35,000 sq. ft.

Designed for the Imarticus School of Finance & Business, this contemporary learning environment bridges the formality of an academic institution with the openness and energy of a modern workplace. The planning brings classrooms, discussion spaces, faculty areas and informal lounges together through a transparent and visually connected layout.

A centrally placed library acts as both a functional resource and a spatial divider, encouraging interaction while maintaining openness. Glass partitions allow light to travel across the floor, while curved corners and softly illuminated ceilings create fluidity along the circulation spaces. Flexible classrooms, technology-enabled lecture halls and collaborative tables support multiple modes of learning.

Warm timber, muted neutrals and accents of teal and terracotta establish a refined yet welcoming palette. Acoustic surfaces, integrated lighting and comfortable breakout areas further enhance the experience, creating an environment that supports focused study, collaboration and meaningful exchange beyond the conventional classroom.

Key Features

A connected learning landscape brings together classrooms, collaborative tables and sheltered study pods. Open bookshelves and glass partitions define each zone while maintaining visual continuity, balancing focused study with informal exchange.
